So, it turns out that I have a lot of watercolour......that probably doesn't come as a surprise to some of my art buddies (you know who you are ;-), but frankly I surprised myself a little when I started to count up the delightful little tubes and pans that make up my collection.
What I didn't expect when doing my little internal stock take, was to discover how many "greens" I had in my collection! It turns out green really is my favourite colour.......who knew!!
Given this state of events, what better hue to start my "Watercolour Snapshot" series with than one of my all time favourites and probably the first tube of paint I bought from Daniel Smith.
I hope you find the short video informative; and that you get a sense of how the colour behaves and it helps you think about whether this a colour that you want to add to your own collection.
Do let me know if you find the clip helpful and comment below if you have any questions or if there are other points you would like me to cover in future videos in the Watercolour Snapshot series, or even which colours you would like me to showcase in the future!
As always - thanks for stopping by :-)
